I like those salt roasted seeds….simple yet flavourful. When I was still a kid, I always bought them together with water melon seeds from the stores, as the tea snacks.

That’s cool, I never would have thought to do that. (Not for lack of laziness I assure you!) It looks nice, almost like it forms a little crunch crust.
